Refund Policy

• Unused pack: if no searches from a pack have been used, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Used pack: once any search from a pack has run, the pack is not refundable. The remaining credits stay on your account and don’t expire.
• Results you didn’t like: searches that find few or no matches, or not the page you hoped for, are not refunded. Results depend on what the public web index contains.
• Failed searches: if a search fails on our side before results are returned, it does not use a credit.
• Double charge or wrong amount: we refund the extra amount within 30 days of the charge. The rest of your order stays valid.
• Full refund: refunding a pack in full removes its remaining credits from your account.

How to request

Email hello@videoreversesearch.com from the address on your account with the purchase date. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe (usually 5–10 days to appear).
