Video Reverse Search

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. What the service is

Video Reverse Search is an information tool that helps you locate public web pages showing frames similar to the ones you submit. Results come from third-party web indexes and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A match, or the “earliest dated upload” label, is not proof of who created or owns a video.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Only submit content you have the right to search.
  • Do not use the service to stalk, harass, dox or identify private individuals, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not upload sexual content involving minors, or content you know is illegal. We may report such content to authorities.
  • Do not try to resell, scrape or automate the service, or bypass usage limits.

3. Accounts, credits and payment

You need a Google account to run server searches and to buy credits. Packs are one-time purchases (15 Deep Searches for $9.99, 50 for $24.99); 1 credit is used per completed Deep Search, including searches with no matches. Credits don’t expire and have no cash value. A search that fails on our side does not use a credit. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; credits used before suspension are not refunded.

4. No legal advice

Nothing on the site is legal advice, including on copyright, takedowns or fair use. Speak to a lawyer for decisions that depend on who owns a video.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on search results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you submitted or how you used the service in breach of these terms.

7. Copyright

We don’t host third-party videos; we link to pages where matches were found. Copyright notices are handled under our DMCA policy.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@videoreversesearch.com.
